The series of products is composed of strong glue for marble and strong glue for granite thin slab separately. A. Strong Glue for Marble (product code number: B-203) is composed of two components A agent, B agent. The component A agent is a kind of transparent resin with clear crystal style, and the component B agent is a kind of liquid curing agent. Its characteristics are: With fast curing speed and strong adhesion intensity, and the curing time can be adjusted according to the added quantity of the component B agent. After cured it is not sticky to hands. There are 3 kinds of products in the series for customer choice.

Applicable Scope: It is suitable to fill and patch small hole, sand hole, crack, and to make parquet and joint for marble. The strong glue is a kind of duplicated glue especially for marble net. Its cost is low and curing is fast. Application method:

1. Make the marble surface clean and dry.

2. Add 2-3 grams of curing agent to 100 grams of glue. Fully mix and stir the two components. The operating time is about 5 minutes, and the speed can be adjusted with the amount of curing agent.

3. Match the color of strong glue: Take adequate amount of strong glue by the needed amount and put it into a clean vessel (ironic or plastic barrel). Add a little of special-purpose color-matching paste to glue A according to the color of stone material. Match the color of glue to almost the same color as one of slab for use later.

B. Strong Glue for Granite Thin Slab (product code number: K-977) is a kind of double component transparent epoxy glue, which can cure at normal temperature with fast curing speed, high adhesion intensity, and good toughness. It is of water resistance, abrasion resistance, weak acid resistance, and weak alkali resistance.

Applicable Scope:

It is suitable to reinforce back net, and to make parquet for granite, marble thin slab and so on.

Application Method:

1. The adhesive surface should be flat, clean, and dry without dust, greasy dirt and other impurities.

2. Mix them at the proportion of A: B=2: 1 and stir them fully, and evenly put it to the place adhibited with mixing glue knife, fold it, exert pressure on it, and wait for its curing quietly. Then enter next procedure after curing for 12 hours at normal temperature. When temperature is low in winter, may heat slabs up to 50-60 degree. Then enter the next procedure after curing for 9 hours.

3. The superfluous glue squeezed at the adhibited place should be scoured and cleaned with cloth dipped in little alcohol or acetone before curing.
